Returns

Bought something online, but it’s not what you expected it to be. Don’t worry, we’re here for you. You have 2 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Here's how to return an item:

  • Return the item along with all the original packing materials and accessories intact and if available, attach the packing slip that came with the item, too.

In Case of Pre-Payment

  • In the event that items are not delivered for any reason within 10 days of receiving payment (excluding the period required by the specific payment medium), Marketplace2all.com will refund the customer using the same method (debit card, credit card, bank transfer, mobile financial service, etc.). The customer will get a notification of the reimbursement through email, SMS, phone, or any other available means.
  • Once your return arrives at one of our warehouses, a Marketplace2all.com return specialist will inspect the shipment, normally within one day, and a credit will be applied to the payment method used within 10 days after approval of your return.

In Case of Cash on Delivery (COD)

Simply inform the delivery executive of your decision to return the product on arrival. You are entitled to get a No Questions Asked (NQA) privilege as a valuable client.
